Ingredients to make Dry fruits katori chaat

  • 2 cup maida
  • 2 tbsp oil, hot
  • water for kneading
  • oil for frying
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 chopped papaya
  • 1 chopped black grapes
  • 1 chopped black banana
  • 2 tbsp ghee and pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp dry fruits

How to make Dry fruits katori chaat

  1. Knead a dough. If baking the chatters, knead dough with milk or curd.
  2. Take a ball-sized portion of dough and flatten it. Dust flour as required and roll it slightly thick.
  3. Place a small katori/cup and wrap the dough around it.
  4. Prick dough with a fork to prevent it from rising when frying.
  5. Deep-fry the katori wrapped with dough and fry it.
  6. Splash oil till katori separates from the dough.
  7. Fry katori dough till it turns brown and crisp.
  8. Remove and place on towel. Katori is ready.
  9. Put katori in a plate and add 1 tbsp papaya.
  10. Add banana.
  11. Add black grapes and any other fruits you like.
  12. Add cream.
  13. You can also add 1 tbsp milkmaid (optional).
  14. Garnish with pomegranate and dry fruits.
