Ingredients to make Mixed Parantha.

  • 1 bowl of dough of wheat flour.
  • 2 boil potatoes
  • 1 cup grated cauliflower
  • 1/2cup mashed panir
  • 2 fine chopp onion.
  • 1 chopp green chilli
  • 2 tbs grated ginger
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4tsp chat masala
  • coriander leaves.

How to make Mixed Parantha.

  1. Make d filling of boil n mash potatoes.panir.n cauliflower
  2. Add chopp onion.green chilli.coriander leaves.
  3. Add salt n all masalas.
  4. Mix well
  5. Fill in d dough n make paranthas
  6. Cook both sides
  7. Serve with butter.

Make d filling n keep n d fridge safe 2 days.
