ABOUT Kaddu ki sabji RECIPE

A yummy and healthy side dish, made in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup chopped pumpkin
  2. 1 tsp mustard oil
  3. Pinch of Asafoetida
  4. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1 tsp amchoor powder
  8. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp coriander powder
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a pan.add the Asafoetida,mustard seed,fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds.
  2. Add pumkin, cook the pumpkin for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Add all spices.
  4. Mix well.Serve immediately.

You can use chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
