About Healthy Smoothie Recipe

As summer has started, we are all crazy for some thanda thanda cool cool stuff, so you can prepare this.

Healthy Smoothie

Ingredients to make Healthy Smoothie

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup grinded biscuits
  • 1/2 cup chopped fruits (apple and guava)
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped dry fruits (cashew nut ,almond, pistachio)
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

How to make Healthy Smoothie

  1. Take the hung curd and whisk it properly to make a smooth paste. Add honey to this and mix well.
  2. Now take any glass and keep the hung curd mix at base. Fill grinded biscuits on top of this.
  3. Then put in the chopped fruits and once again the hung curd mix on top.
  4. Garnish it with dry fruits and pomegranate seeds.
  5. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hr and serve it chilled.

My Tip:

You can add any fruits of your choice.
