Ingredients to make China Grass Pudding

  • 1 pack of Instant China Grass (I used badam pista flavour)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. melted butter to grease the moulds.
  • few tart moulds / silicone moulds
  • sliced strawberries / chopped pistachios

How to make China Grass Pudding

  1. In a pan empty the contents of the pack, water and milk. Mix well and simmer on a medium flame till it is fully dissolved. Keep stirring continuously till done.
  2. Pour into greased moulds / silicone moulds and bring it to room temperature. Serve chilled, garnished with strawberries and chopped pistachios.
