Ingredients to make Cabbage thepla

  • cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • sesame seeds 2 spoon
  • ginger paste 1 spoon
  • garlic chilly paste 1 spoon
  • red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • oil as required
  • water as required

How to make Cabbage thepla

  1. Take a bowl . Add all above ingredients .
  2. Make a dough
  3. Then make a thepla(round roti)
  4. Place the thepla on pan. Greased with oil.
  5. Roasted both sides.
  6. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Serve with green chutney.
