Ingredients to make Dabeli

  • butter 2 tsp
  • onion 3 to 4
  • chilli powder 1tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garram masala 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • water 1 cup
  • potato (boiled) 2
  • salt to taste
  • tamarind chutnet 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • pomegranate seeds
  • peanut 3 tsp
  • Pav 6
  • garlic chutney 6 tsp
  • Sev 1 cup

How to make Dabeli

  1. Stuffing procedure :::---------
  2. Firstly in large pan add butter and saute one finely chopped onion till they are brown.
  3. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chat masala.
  4. saute on a low flame for a minute
  5. Add a cup of water and add mash boiled potatoes and mix well
  6. Add salt to taste an water is required
  7. Add tamarind chutney ..Then add coriander leaves...Transfer to a plate.
  8. Layer with onion , coriander leaves, peanut, and pomegranate seeds...
  9. Dabeli ::::::-----
  10. Cut the pav in between
  11. Spread garlic chutney on one side and tamarind chutney on other side....
  12. Also place chopped onions and a spoonful of stuffing mix...
  13. Then toast on both sides with some butter
  14. After that roll dabeli over sev..
  15. Finally serve with green chutney...
