ABOUT mix veg.poha RECIPE

poha or flattened rice is very quick breakfast but becomes very healthy wgen loaded with veggies

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. flattened rice/poha 2cups
  2. onion sliced 1/4cup
  3. boil potatoes 1/4cup
  4. boil green peas 4tbsp
  5. tomato 2tbsp
  6. curry leaves 6-7
  7. green chilli 2
  8. cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  9. mustard seeds 1/2tsp
  10. oil 11/2tbsp
  11. water as needed
  12. ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
  13. salt to taste
  14. turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  15. lemon juice 1tbsp
  16. coriender leaves 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash poha/flattened rice 2times and soak for 5minutes
  2. Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds and mustard seeds And curry leaves in it
  3. Add onions and ginger garlic paste and saute
  4. Add green chillies boil potatoes and boil peas and cook
  5. Add salt turmeric powder mix well
  6. Add tomatoes and mix
  7. Add soaked poha in this mixture and mux well
  8. Add lemon juice and coriender leaves switch off the flame
  9. Serve hot
