Ingredients to make Brinjal Garlic Fry

  • Black Brinjal : 2 (medium size)
  • oil : 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 8
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Brinjal Garlic Fry

  1. Wash the brinjals and remove the stem. Chop them into pieces and keep aside.
  2. Heat a tablespoon oil in a wok. Add and fry the chopped brinjals.
  3. Now add the crashed garlic, salt, turmeric powder and fry for few minutes.
  4. When it's done, switch off the flame and serve with steamed rice.
