ABOUT Brinjal Garlic Fry RECIPE

It's a simple and yummy recipe, to be served with some roti on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Black Brinjal : 2 (medium size)
  2. Oil : 2 tbsp
  3. Garlic - 8
  4. A pinch of turmeric powder
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the brinjals and remove the stem. Chop them into pieces and keep aside.
  2. Heat a tablespoon oil in a wok. Add and fry the chopped brinjals.
  3. Now add the crashed garlic, salt, turmeric powder and fry for few minutes.
  4. When it's done, switch off the flame and serve with steamed rice.
