Easy, simple to make. You can freeze and fry next day. Delicious lipsmacking , kids and adults will equally love it. These are perfect for tiffins too

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 bread slices
  2. 2 eggs
  3. Mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/4 cup soft butter
  5. 1/2 cup maida
  6. 3/4 cup or more breadcrumbs
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. TRIM EDGES OF 4 BREAD SLICES, CUT INTO SQUARES
  2. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE TO 2 EGGS, BEAT WELL
  3. CUT MOZZARELLA CHEESE INTO THIN SQUARES
  4. APPLY BUTTER ON ONE SIDE OF THE BREAD SQUARES
  5. PLACE A CHEESE SQUARE ON THIS, PLACE ANOTHER BREAD SQUARE ON TOP
  6. COAT WITH THE EGG BATTER
  7. ROLL IN FLOUR
  8. COAT WITH BREADCRUMBS
  9. FREEZE FOR 2 HOURS
  10. FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  11. DRAIN ON A TISSUE PAPER
