ABOUT Jackfruit/Kathal Pakora RECIPE

One fine evening I did not have anything to have with tea!Marie biscuits had got over and I had a late brunch after which I was terribly hungry.I had prepped and boiled Jackfruit which I had stashed away in the refrigerator and that plus Kanda Bajji (Onion Pakoras) came to my mind!I thought of mixing both and making Pakoras. This turned out to be a super success so that I prepared my camera and took pics for all of you to know this surprisingly easy process as well.

Amritha , there s an easy way to peel jackfruit. clean it well , & cut them into a little bigger pieces. then pressure cook for just 1 or 2 two whistles. can easily remove skin & nose.
