ABOUT Baby paper dosa RECIPE

Dosas are very healthy as they are made with dal which are rich in proteins. Here is my way of making them at home for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 cup rice
  2. 1 cup urad daal
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice and daal .soak over night.
  2. In the morning ,grind them using a mixer grinder.
  3. Now add salt to taste and keep aside for 6-8 hours.
  4. Then take a pan, grease it with little oil. Now pour a ladle of the mixture , spread it like a dosa. Sprinkle little oil on the sides and cook well, serve.
