Dosas are very healthy as they are made with dal which are rich in proteins. Here is my way of making them at home for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2
3 cup rice
1 cup urad daal
salt to taste
water as required
Instructions
Wash the rice and daal .soak over night.
In the morning ,grind them using a mixer grinder.
Now add salt to taste and keep aside for 6-8 hours.
Then take a pan, grease it with little oil. Now pour a ladle of the mixture , spread it like a dosa. Sprinkle little oil on the sides and cook well, serve.
