Ingredients to make Mushroom fritters

  • 2 pack mushrooms
  • 4 cups maida
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp chat masala
  • oil for frying

How to make Mushroom fritters

  1. Wash and pat dry the mushrooms.
  2. Whisk a batter made of maida, cornflour, salt and red chilly powder, with some water.
  3. Add baking powder and whisk well.
  4. Spread bread crumbs in a plate.
  5. Heat oil
  6. Dip the mushrooms in the batter.
  7. Roll them in bread crumbs.
  8. Deep fry them in hot oil, until golden brown.
  9. Sprinkle chat masala on them.
  10. Serve with ketchup.
