Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled elbow pasta 1cup
  2. Oil 2tbsp
  3. Chopped garlic 1tbsp
  4. Onion 1 diced
  5. Capcicum 1 deseeded and diced
  6. Carrot 1/4cup Julian cut
  7. Chopped french beans 2tbsp
  8. Broccoli florets ⅛ cup
  9. Sweet corn karnels 2 tbsp
  10. Scallion ¼cup Chopped
  11. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  12. Oregano 1tsp
  13. Salt to taste of Blackpepper powder ¼tsp
  14. White sauce 2 tbsp
  15. Fresh cream/malai 1tbsp
  16. Vegetable stock 1 cup
  17. Tomato sauce 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2TBSP OIL IN A WOK, ADD 1TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC AND 1 DICED ONION.
  2. SAUTE FOR A MINUTE AND ADD DESEEDED AND DICED CAPSICUM.
  3. ADD¼ CUP JULIAN CUT CARROT AND SAUTE IT.
  4. ADD 2TBSP CHOPPED FRENCH BEANS AND SAUTE.
  5. ADD ⅛ CUP BLANCHED BROCCOLI FLORETS.
  6. ADD 2TBSP SWEET CORN KARNELS AND ¼ CUP CHOPPED SCALLION.
  7. ADD 1TSP OREGANO AND 1TSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND 1/4TSP BLACKPEPPER POWDER.
  8. ADD SALT AND ½TSP SUGAR.
  9. ADD 2TBSP WHITE SAUCE AND 1TBSP FRESH MALAI
  10. ADD 1 CUP VEGETABLE STOCK.
  11. ADD 1 CUP BOILED ELBOW PASTA.
  12. ADD 2TBSP TOMATO SAUCE AND MIX WELL.
