Ingredients to make Gud wali chai

  • 1Cup of water
  • 1/4 Cup of milk
  • 1Tsp of dried tea leaves / chai patti
  • 1Tsp jaggery
  • 1/4 Tsp cardmom powder
  • 1/2 Tsp chai masala
  • 1Tsp grated ginger
  • Little chopped lemon grass

How to make Gud wali chai

  1. ADD 1CUP WATER TO DEEP PAN
  2. ADD 1TSP OF DRIED TEA LEAVES / CHAI PATTI TO WATER
  3. ADD 1TSP GRATED GINGER AND SOME CHOPPED LEMON GRASS
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP OF CARDMOM POWDER AND 1TSP OF JAGGERY/GUD
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP OF CHAI MASALA
  6. GIVE A GOOD STIR
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP OF MILK
  8. TAKE ONE BOIL AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  9. SEIVE IN CUP
  10. YOUR GUD WALI CHAI IS READY
