Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato boiled and chopped
  2. Peas boiled
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger chilly paste 1 spoon
  6. Garam masala 1 spoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  8. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil as required
  11. Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  12. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  13. Asafoetida a pinch

Instructions

  1. Take a pan.add oil .add cumin seeds,mustard and Asafoetida.
  2. Then add ginger and chilly paste,onion and saute it.
  3. Then add boil potato, and peas, add all spices.Mix well.
