Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Water 1 cup
  3. Sugar 3 tbs
  4. Chai patti 1 tbs
  5. Green Cardamom 3
  6. Cinnamon sticks 2
  7. Black pepper 5-6
  8. Cloves 4-5
  9. Dry ginger Powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 CUP WATER
  2. ADD SUGAR TO TASTE
  3. TAKE 4-5 CLOVES, 5-6 PEPPERCORNS, 3 GREEN CARDAMOMS, 2 CINNAMON STICKS
  4. CRUSH ALL THE SPICES
  5. ADD TO THE BOILING WATER
  6. ADD 1 TSP DRY GINGER POWDER
  7. ADD 1 TBSP TEA LEAVES
  8. STIR & BOIL FOR 1-2 MINS
  9. ADD 1 CUP MILK
  10. BOIL FOR 4-5 MINS
  11. STRAIN
