Tandoori Prawns are great and delicious starters recipe. Its simple to make at home.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 kg Prawns
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  6. 2 tsp tandoori masala
  7. 2 tsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the prawns nicely.
  2. Mix all the masalas in a bowl and make a paste.
  3. Coat the prawns with this masala paste.
  4. Keep covered with a cling wrap for 2-3 hours. Heat a pan.
  5. Add a little oil.
  6. Put the prawns in skewers.
  7. Grill the prawns on both the sides for 2 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve hot.
