Ingredients to make Veg aloo tikki burger

  • Burger bun 2.
  • Grated carrot 2 tbsp.
  • potato 2 boiled.
  • Green peas 1/2 cup .
  • tomato 2 slices.
  • tomato chopped 1 tbsp
  • onion 2 slices.
  • onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1 tbsp.
  • Refined oil 2 tbsp.
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp.
  • Cheese slice 2 .
  • salt as per taste.
  • Black pepper as per taste.

How to make Veg aloo tikki burger

  1. Boil the potatoes.
  2. Smash the boiled potatoes.
  3. Add chopped onion , carrot ,peas in it.
  4. Add salt & chat masala.
  5. Then make the tikki in round shape.
  6. Coat with bread crumbs.
  7. Fry the tikki in a pan (shallow fry ).
  8. Coat the inner side of the bun with mayonnaise, onion slice ,sliced tomato, alu tikki& put the top of the bun on it.
  9. Press with a toothpick.
  10. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
