It is delicious and healthy burger, made with potatoes and vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Burger bun 2.
  2. Grated carrot 2 tbsp.
  3. Potato 2 boiled.
  4. Green peas 1/2 cup .
  5. Tomato 2 slices.
  6. Tomato chopped 1 tbsp
  7. Onion 2 slices.
  8. Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  9. Chat masala 1 tbsp.
  10. Refined oil 2 tbsp.
  11. Mayonnaise 4 tbsp.
  12. Cheese slice 2 .
  13. Salt as per taste.
  14. Black pepper as per taste.

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes.
  2. Smash the boiled potatoes.
  3. Add chopped onion , carrot ,peas in it.
  4. Add salt & chat masala.
  5. Then make the tikki in round shape.
  6. Coat with bread crumbs.
  7. Fry the tikki in a pan (shallow fry ).
  8. Coat the inner side of the bun with mayonnaise, onion slice ,sliced tomato, alu tikki& put the top of the bun on it.
  9. Press with a toothpick.
  10. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
