Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. cauliflower (small pieces)
  2. all purpose flower 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour 1/2cup
  4. Corn flour 1/2 cup
  5. salt
  6. pepper powder(white +black mixed )
  7. ginger garlic 1tsp
  8. Red chilli paste1tsp
  9. A Gino Moto half tablespoon
  10. Orange red colour
  11. Baking powder half tsp
  12. Finely minced ginger and garlic one cup
  13. Finely diced onions one cup
  14. oil for frying and sauteing
  15. chilly sauce green half cup
  16. Soya sauce half cup
  17. tomato sauce half cup
  18. sugar half cup
  19. Find a chopped cabbage with carrot for garnishing
  20. Baking soda 1/2tsp


  1. Add oil to a pan Turn on the heat
  2. In a bowl (for Marinate ). add all purpose flour and cornflour and rice flour mix well
  3. now add baking powder half teaspoon, chilli powder 1 teaspoon, pepper powder 1 teaspoon, ginger garlic Half teaspoon, red chily paste half teaspoon, mix well add water to make it Into a paste
  4. now add the cauliflower pieces are marinate and to hot oil Make sure that they does not stick to each other. If the tend to each other you can separate them after removing from the oil once they are cooked
  5. for the sauce. take a pan add oil
  6. l add chopped onions add chopped ginger garlic sauté well add 1 cup of water add chilli sauce , Tomato sauce, soy a source, bring to boil and pepper powder, salt, , Ajinomoto, Red colour, bring toboil, prepare a cornflower paste.
  7. Now let the sauce thicken keep aside turn the heat to low
  8. now add the fried cauliflower pieces to the sauce and toss well
  9. garnish with chipped cabbage and carrot
