Ingredients to make Green Rice

  • ghee 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Groundnut few
  • garlic cloves 7-8
  • onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Leftover mint chutney 1/2 cup
  • Cooked rice 1 cup
  • salt to taste

How to make Green Rice

  1. HEAT GHEE
  2. ADD CUMIN, LET IT CRACKLE
  3. ADD GARLIC CLOVES, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  4. GROUNDNUT
  5. ADD ONION AND SAUTE TILL TENDER
  6. SALT
  7. LEFTOVER MINT CHUTNEY
  8. ADD COOKED RICE AND MIX WELL, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE IN HOT
