ABOUT Green Rice RECIPE

Green Rice is by using leftover mint chutney. It is tasty and healthy. It is a good and easy evening snacks of kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ghee 1 tsp
  2. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  3. Groundnut few
  4. Garlic cloves 7-8
  5. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Leftover mint chutney 1/2 cup
  7. Cooked rice 1 cup
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE
  2. ADD CUMIN, LET IT CRACKLE
  3. ADD GARLIC CLOVES, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  4. GROUNDNUT
  5. ADD ONION AND SAUTE TILL TENDER
  6. SALT
  7. LEFTOVER MINT CHUTNEY
  8. ADD COOKED RICE AND MIX WELL, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE IN HOT
