Ingredients to make Baked rosogolla

  • Rosogolla 10 pcs
  • Mewa /kheer 1 cup
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 500 ml full fat milk
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp almond & cherries for garnishing
  • few strands of saffron.
  • 1 micro- wave safe bowl

How to make Baked rosogolla

  1. Press rosogolla with the help of your palm to squeeze out the sugar syrup & keep it aside.
  2. Add 2 tbsp warm milk with saffron & keep aside.
  3. Heat the pan.
  4. Add milk , condensed milk, sugar, mewa & cardamom powder.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Add saffron milk.
  7. Let it cook in low flame at least 15 minutes.
  8. Put rosogollas in a microwave safe bowl.
  9. Pour the thick gravy over the rosogollas.
  10. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 150 degree c.
  11. Keep the container on the high rack
  12. Bake it for 15 minutes.
  13. Sprinkle cherries & almond on the top & serve cold or hot as you wish.
