Ingredients to make Instant dahibada

  • Husked green gram and black gram powder 1 cup
  • Baking powder ½tsp
  • salt
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • oil for frying
  • Asefotidia 1pinch
  • curd ½cup
  • Meethi chutney 2tbsp
  • Green chutney 1tbsp
  • Pomogrante 2tbsp
  • Blacksalt ½tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder ½tsp
  • red chilli powder ½tsp

How to make Instant dahibada

  1. TAKE 1CUP HUSKED GREEN GRAM AND BLACK GRAM POWDER, ASEFOTIDIA AND 1TSP TURMERIC POWDER.
  2. ADD ½TSP BAKING POWDER,SALT AND MAKE A THICK BATTER WITH WATER.
  3. POUR 1TBSP BATTER IN PRE-HEATED OIL.
  4. FLIP AND FRY FROM BOTH SIDES.
  5. WHEN PAKODAS TURNED IN GOLDEN BROWN TAKE OUT IN A BOWL FILLED WITH WATER.
  6. ADD A PINCH OF ASEFOTIDIA .
  7. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL.
  8. AFTER HALF AN HOUR SQUEEZE AND PUT THESE PAKODAS IN A SERVING PLATE.
  9. SPREAD AS REQUIRED WHISKED CURD AND MEETHI CHUTNEY.
  10. SPRINKLE BLACKSALT AND ROASTED CUMIN POWDER.
  11. SPRINKLE RED CHILLI POWDER AND GREEN CHUTNEY.
  12. GARNISH WITH POMOGRANTE.
