Ingredients to make Sweet bread

  • Bread slices 3
  • water 1cup
  • sugar ½cup
  • ghee for frying
  • cardamom powder 2tsp
  • Sliced almonds 2tbsp
  • Sliced pistachios 8
  • rose essance 10ml.

How to make Sweet bread

  1. TAKE 1CUP WATER AND ½CUP SUGAR AND BOIL IT.
  2. WHEN YOUR SUGAR SYRUP READY ADD 10ML. ROSE ESSENCE AND KEEP ASIDE.
  3. CUT THE EDGES OF THE BREAD SLICES AND CUT INTO SMALL TRIANGLES... DIP EACH TRIANGLE IN MILK AND FRY.
  4. REPEAT THE PROCESS FOR MORE.
  5. FRY TILL BROWN AND DIP ALL INTO THE SUGAR SYRUP.
  6. KEEP OUT ,KEEP IN A SERVING PLATE AND SPRINKLE CARDAMOM POWDER.
  7. SPRINKLE WITH SLICED ALMONDS AND PISTACHIOS AND GARNISH WITH ROSE PETALS.
