  1. Flatten rice. 1/2 cup.
  2. Boiled potato. 1 medium size
  3. Carrot, capsicum,peas. 1/2cup
  4. Onion minced. 4 tbs
  5. Fried onion. 2 tbs
  6. Green chilli shredded. 1 tsp
  7. Ginger, garlic paste. 1/2 tsp
  8. Roasted cumin powder. 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder. 1 tsp
  10. Rice flour. 2 tbs
  11. Salt. 1 tsp
  12. Mastard oil 1/2 tbs
  13. Peanut. 1 tbs
  14. Bread crumbs. 3 tbs
  15. Oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. TAKE FLATTEN RICE, BOILED POTATO, ONION, FRIED ONION, SHREDDED VEGS,GREEN CHILLI, GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, ROASTED CUMIN POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER, RICE FLOUR,SALT, MASTARD OIL, PEANUTS,BREAD CRUMBS.
  2. SOAK FLATTEN RICE IN WATER.
  3. WASH THOROUGHLY FOR TWO OR THREE TIMES.
  4. DRAIN WATER THROUGHLY.
  5. SET A STRAINER.
  6. TRANSFER FLATTEN RICE IN STRAINER AND LET IT REST FOR 5 MINUTES.
  7. TAKE SOAKED FLATTEN RICE IN A BOWL.
  8. MASHED FLATTEN RICE VERY WELL WITH HANDS.
  9. ADD BOILED POTATOES.
  10. MASHED POTATOES NICELY.
  11. ADD RICE FLOUR,BREAD CRUMBS.
  12. ADD SHREDDED CARROTS.
  13. ADD SHREDDED POTATOES AND OTHER VEGETABLES.
  14. ADD CHOPPED ONION AND FRIED ONION.
  15. ADD SHREDDED GREEN CHILLIES.
  16. ADD SALT.
  17. ADD OATS AND GINGER, GARLIC PASTE.
  18. ADD GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES.
  19. ADD ROASTED CUMIN POWDER.
  20. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER.
  21. ADD MASTARD OIL.
  22. ADD PEANUTS.
  23. GIVE GOOD MIX.
  24. DOUGH MUST BE TIGHTENED.IF UR ONE GETS LOOSEN FIX IT WITH BREAD MORE CRUMBS.
  25. MAKE KABEB AS UR CHOICE ABLE SHAPE.
  26. ROLL OVER ALL KABEBS IN BREAD CRUMBS.
  27. FLATTEN RICE VEG KABEB S ARE WAITING FOR FRYING.
  28. FRY ALL KABEBS IN SUFFICIENT OIL.
  29. FRY THEM UNTIL GET PERFECT GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR.
  30. SERVE HOT WITH UR FAVOURITE SAUCE.
