  • tomato 1
  • green chillies 2
  • ginger 1 inch
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • coriander leaves
  • For Tadka :
  • sesame oil
  • jeera [cumin seeds] - 1 tsp
  • curry leaves - 10

How to make Roti Dal / Diet Dal ( No Onion No Garlic)

  1. ADD 1/2 CUP MOONG DAL IN A KADAI
  2. ADD 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES AND FINELY CHOPPED GINGER
  3. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC AND SALT AS PER YOUR TASTE
  5. CLOSE WITH A LID AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME
  6. PREPARE TADKA WITH SESAME OIL, JEERA AND CURRY LEAVES
  7. ADD TADKA
  8. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  9. TURN OFF THE FLAME AND ADD LEMON JUICE
