Aaloo ki Sabji

Ingredients to make Aaloo ki Sabji

  • 3-4boiled potatoes
  • ghee one tablespoon
  • Roasted cumin seeds 1/4teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder to taste
  • Turmaric powder 1/4teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped green chilies( not spicy one)
  • garlic and onion chopped

How to make Aaloo ki Sabji

  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai .
  2. add cumin seeds and chopped garlic and onion. Saute for 5min
  3. Now add boiled potatoes. Add salt;chilli powder and turmaric powder
  4. Mix well all the ingredients
  5. Saute for 5min more
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves and chillies
  7. Cover them with a lid and put off the flame
  8. Serve with roti or parantha

My Tip:

Don't add water. Boil the potatoes well so that they don't require further cooking
