Ingredients to make Bombay toast/French toast

  • egg - 2
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • salt - a pinch
  • sugar - 4 tbsp or according to your taste
  • Tumeric - a pinch
  • cinnamon powder

How to make Bombay toast/French toast

  1. Take bowl. Beat the eggs well. Mix it with sugar, cinnamon, salt, milk and turmeric. Mix well.
  2. Now dip the bread in the mixture and toast both sides on the tawa with ghee or oil.
  3. Make 4 cuts on the toast, and serve it.
