ABOUT Baked yogurt RECIPE

A delightful dessert with fruits and nuts.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. yogurt 1 cup
  2. cream 1 cup
  3. condensed milk 1 cup
  4. fruits as per you choice - 1/4 th cup
  5. nuts [walnuts. almonds and cashew nuts] - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream and yogurt in a beater for 2-3 mins
  2. Then add the condensed milk, mix well.
  3. Now pour this to small bowls and bake it in the oven for 15 mins in 180 degree
  4. take it out..let it cool
  5. refrigerate for half an hour
  6. serve chilled topped with fruits and nuts of your choice.
