ABOUT Paper dosa RECIPE

This is my way of making this delicious and paper thin dosa.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 3 cup
  2. Urad daal 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak rice for 4 hours.
  2. Then blend it smooth in mixer.
  3. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Keep it aside for 6 hours.
  5. Heat a non stick tava and grease it with little oil.
  6. Now pour a ladle of the dosa batter and move the ladle in circular motion to form the dosa. Add little oil on the sides, cook until the bottom is golden brown, serve with chutney on the side.
