Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion one chopped
  2. Garlic cloves 2chopped
  3. Spinach a bunch chopped
  4. Salt to taste
  5. White peeper
  6. Butter
  7. Milk half cup
  8. Fresh milk cream to garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan
  2. Add garlic and onion. Saute for a while. Add spinach.
  3. Saute till it becomes soft. Allow the mixture to cool
  4. Grind in mixer to make a smooth paste
  5. Transfer it to a pan. Boil for 2-3min. Add milk and stir.
  6. Add salt and pepper .stir for 2min
  7. Serve hot. Garnish with cream if you want
