ABOUT Ragi dosa RECIPE

This is a healthy version of dosa, made millets flour or ragi which is very fibrous and very nutritious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi flour 1 cup
  2. Idli rice 1 cup
  3. Urad dal 1/4 cup
  4. Fenugreek 1/2spoon
  5. Salt
  6. oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice ,fenugreek,urad dal for 1hour
  2. After 1 hour grind the above ingredients
  3. Add ragi flour,salt to batter
  4. Let's leave for 30mins
  5. heat dosa tava and spread 1 or 2 tsp oil
  6. start pouring the dosa batter, spread some oil
  7. Ragi dosa ready
