Vaghareli Rotli.

Ingredients to make Vaghareli Rotli.

  • chapathi 2 cut into pieces.
  • buttermilk 2 cups
  • water 1/2 cup
  • basan 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 2 pinch
  • salt.
  • oil 2 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli 1
  • curry leaves a few
  • chopped garlic 3 cloved.
  • hing a pinch

How to make Vaghareli Rotli.

  1. mix basan with some buttermilk without any lumps. add the remaining buttermilk, along with chilli powder, coriander powder , turmerc & salt. mix well & keep aside.
  2. heat a pan with oil. put mustard seeds , red chilli & curry leaves . fry.
  3. then add chopped garlic. fry till brown. then put hing.
  4. then pour the buttermilk mixture. add some water .
  5. let it boil. then put chapathi pieces.
  6. cook for 2,3 min. till semi thick. u can add water according to taste.
  7. add coriander leaves & serve hot.

My Tip:

we can use fresh chapathi also.u can add chilli coriander powders according to ur taste.
