Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. chicken raw washed and cut 500gms
  2. Broccoli 4-6 florets washed and blanched
  3. Hung curd 5-6 tbsps
  4. salt to taste
  5. lemon juice 1 tbsp
  6. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
  7. Turmeric a pinch
  8. Gautam masala 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Put cut marks on the chicken. This helps the salt get inside de the chicken making it more flavourful
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Marinate each and every chicken piece and broccoli florets nicely
  4. Keep it aside for an hour. You may keep it for long. If you have time constraint then you may use the marination after half an hour.
  5. Pre heat the air fryer at 200degrees for 2 minutes.
  6. Place the marinated chicken and broccoli in the basket carefully
  7. Close the basket and set the timer to 20minutes
  8. Keep checking in between by changing the sides.
  9. Once the chicken becomes crispy or smoked take it out
  10. Serve on the bed of onion rings along with coriander and mint chutney
  11. Your zero oil, protein packed post workout meal is ready
