Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Coconut Flour 2 tbsp
  2. Cream 1 tbsp
  3. Coconut oil 1 tbsp
  4. Egg 1
  5. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chicken Minced 1/2 cup
  8. Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
  9. Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  10. Breadcrums 2 tbsp
  11. Curd 1 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Mayonnaise Burger Sauce 1/3 cup
  14. Cheese slices 2
  15. Salad Leaves 2
  16. Onion rings 1
  17. Tomato Rings 1
  18. Cucumber Rings 1
  19. Cherries 4
  20. Toothpick 2
  21. Tandoori masala 1/2 tsp
  22. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  23. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  24. Mint Leaves (Chopped) 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour into a mug(or just mix them in a mug).
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds. Remove and slice.
  4. How to assemble the burger...
  5. Take one slice bun put mayonnaise sauce, then put salad leaves,onion rings, cucumber rings, tomatoes(cut into sliced), chicken pattie , cheese slices and then put another slice bun.
  6. Take Toothpicks and Put cherries and put inside the middle of the burger.
  7. And enjoy the yummyy healthy burger..
  8. How To Make Chicken Pattie...
  9. Mixed Everything in one bowl.
  10. Make small chicken patties . Shallow fry with little butter from both the sides. Use as required.
