Masala cauliflower

Ingredients to make Masala cauliflower

  • cauliflower chopped 1/2 bowl
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • oil as required
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • salt to taste

How to make Masala cauliflower

  1. Heat a pan with some oil.
  2. Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds and Asafoetida.
  3. Add turmeric powder and add cauliflower ,tomato.
  4. Saute it.
  5. Add red chilly powder and salt.mix well.

My Tip:

Serve with paratha.
