Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10 Chicken Lollipops
  2. 2 tbsp lime juice
  3. 10 Garlic cloves, chopped
  4. 1 tbsp, chopped ginger
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for deep fry and 2 tbsp for stir fry
  7. 1 Large onions, chopped
  8. 1 Bunch coriander, chopped
  9. 1 Bunch Gralic leaves, chopped
  10. Pinch of sugar
  11. 2 tbsp green chilli paste
  12. 1 egg
  13. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  14. 1/2 cup cornflour
  15. 1 tsp pepper powder
  16. Red/Yellow/Green capsicum for garnishing
  17. 100 gms hung curd
  18. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the lollipops with ginger garlic paste, salt, yogurt, 1 tbsp chilli paste, 1 tbsp lime juice. Keep it for at least 1 hour.
  2. Make a thick batter with egg, cornflour, all purpose flour, salt, pepper powder and a little water. Coat all the lollipops by dipping into it.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the lollipops.
  4. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a wok. Saute garlic, ginger and onions for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and garlic leaves. Add green chilli paste and toss. Add sugar and a little water.
  5. Add in the lollipops and toss well, add 1 tbsp of lime juice.
  6. Garnish with capsicum and serve.
