Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Thin Sooji (Barik Rawa)
  2. 1 cup fresh grated coconut
  3. 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  4. 300g Condensed Milk (3/4 tin)
  5. 2 tablespoons crushed almonds & cashews
  6. 2-3 tsp cold milk (if required)
  7. 2 tablespoons Milk powder (if required)

Instructions

  1. Dry roast Sooji till fragrant and light brown. Keep aside to cool
  2. Roast coconut till it dries. Add the sooji and roast the mixture for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add chocolate chips and condensed milk. Cook on low flame stirring continously.
  4. Once the mixture thickens and leaves the sides, remove from heat, mix the crushed nuts, mix well and leave to cool.
  5. Once the mixture cools a little, form laddoos. Leave to cool completely. If the mixture is bit soft, roll each laddoo in milk powder. If the mixture is a bit hard, moist palms with cold milk before forming laddoos
