Crispy sweet neem is a very easy recipe to prepare.it is superb with polav rive,biriany,or it tastes great with white rice also.crispy sweet neem is not a snack.it enhance the taste of side dishes.its flavourful crispy taste must spellbound you.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Powdered lentil ( basan). 1/2 cup
  2. Rice flour. 1&1/2 tbs
  3. Oats. 2 tbs
  4. All purpose flour 3 tbd
  5. Nigella seeds. 1/2 tbs
  6. Coriander powder. 1 tsp
  7. Salt. 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder. 1/2 tbs
  9. Water. As needed
  10. Baking powder. 1 tsp
  11. Sweet neem leaves( curry leaves) . 5/6

Instructions

  1. TAKE BASAN( POWDERED LENTIL), RICE FLOUR, ALL PURPOSE FLOUR,OATS,RED CHILLI POWDER, BAKING POWDER,SALT, CORIANDER POWDER, NIGELLA SEEDS, WATER.
  2. IM A BOWL TRANSFER 1/2 CUP POWDERED LENTIL( BASAN),
  3. ADD 1&1/2 TBS RICE FLOUR
  4. ADD 2 TBS OATS.
  5. ADD 1 TSP BAKING POWDER.
  6. ADD 1/2 TBS RED CHILLI POWDER.
  7. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER.
  8. ADD 1 TSP SALT.
  9. ADD WATER AS NEEDED TO MAKE A NITHER THICK NOR TOO RUNNY BATTER.
  10. ADD NIGELLA SEEDS.
  11. BATTER SHOULD NOT BE TOO RUNNY.
  12. TAKE SWEET NEEM.CLEAN & WIPE WITH TISSUE PAPER.
  13. DIP SWEET NEEM LEAF IN BATTER.
  14. FRY IN SUFFICIENT HOT OIL. LOOSEN STICKY LEAVES WITH A STICK.
  15. WHEN IT GETS GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR REMOVE FROM OIL.
  16. PUT FRIED SWEET NEEM ON A TISSUE PAPER TO SOAK EXTRA OIL.
  17. ENJOY WITH POLAV,BIRIANY,OR WITH PLAIN RICE IT WILL BE BINGO.
