Egg chicky arabic biriyani

Ingredients to make Egg chicky arabic biriyani

  • Cooked basmathi rice - 1 cup
  • oil - 5 spoon
  • cinnamon - 1
  • bay leaf - 1
  • star anise - 2
  • Nicely chopped onion - 2
  • Nicely chopped tomato - 1
  • coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • salt - accordingly
  • Biriyani powder/ garam masala - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3
  • chicken - 1/2 Kg
  • Sazon - seasoning powder ( depends) nt must

How to make Egg chicky arabic biriyani

  1. First take 1 cup of cooked basmathi rice
  2. Boil egg in the cooker for 2 whistles and take out in a bowl cut 2 pieces add turmeric powder 1 spoon mix well , i remove the yellow yolk, because it is nt gud .. gain some weight , so i remove , its ur wish,
  3. Take a nonstick pan spread oil littery, place the eggs in a pan like appe pan fry , and flip again and again ..It came roasted like this then take out. The flame should be on normal
  4. Now take 1/ 2 kg chicken rinse four or five times now add chilli paste , some salt, mix well set aside 15 min , after 15 min heat oil in a pan, deep fry the masala chicken .
  5. Now the roasted egg n deep fry chicken is ready
  6. Now heat a oil in kadai r non stick kadai , add bay leaves,star anise, cinnamon, let it splutter
  7. Add onion, tomato, salt accordingly saute till it turns glossy
  8. Now add coriander leaves saute till it turns shrinky
  9. Add garam masala/biriyani powder 3 spoon saute till it turns that smell, for 10.min
  10. Nw add roasted egg n chicken combine with the onion mix well
  11. Now add seasining powder in cooked basmathi rice only in up spread it... After 5 min add the rice in kadai , the biriyani rice ia look like now mixed with orange colour rice sautefor 10 min mix well together,
  12. Now the egg chicky biriyani ready, dnt need to dum saute 15 min off the flame
  13. The egg chicky arabic biriyani is ready now
