ABOUT Delicious mango mousse RECIPE

Mango is all time favourite..and moouse is a delicious desert. This wonderful desert can make everyone comfartable because it is easy to make and tastes a lot.melting in mouth.such a delicious delicacy.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup whip cream
  2. 2 tbsp Sugar
  3. 1.5 tsp agar agar powder
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. Juice of half lemon
  6. I mango pulp
  7. Scoops of mango
  8. Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a mango
  2. And take out some small scoops
  3. Make puree of remaining mango
  4. Mix agar agar powder in 2 tsp water
  5. Heat it in a pan and add agar agar
  6. Add sugar
  7. Now off flame and let it cool
  8. Till then take whip cream and beat it with beater
  9. When soft peaks arrive mix it in mango mix
  10. Now pour this in bowls and keep in freeze for 1 an hour to set
  11. Garnish with mango scoops and mint
  12. Serve cold
