Ingredients to make Spicy aloo bhindi

  • 2 cup washed and cut lady finger
  • 2 potato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required
  • asafoetida a pinch

How to make Spicy aloo bhindi

  1. Take a pan. Add oil. A Asafoetida , cumin seeds, mustard seeds.
  2. Add turmeric powder, potato and lady finger.
  3. After 5 minutes. Add chilly powder.
  4. Add lemon juice and serve it.

My Tip:

Serve with paratha.
