  • 1 onion
  • 1 tea spoon oil
  • 1 tea spoon mustard seed
  • 1/2teaspoon cumin seed
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 table spoon seasame seed
  • 1 tablespoon grated cocount
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoon gram masala
  • salt as par tast
  • 1/4tea spoon turmeric powder
  • oil for frying

How to make Whole moong vegetable kofta curry

  1. HEAT 1TEA SPOON OIL ADD CUMIN ASAFOETIDA
  2. ADD 1/2TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER 1/4CUP GRATED CABBAGE 1/4CUP CARROT 1/4BEET ROOT AND 2 TABLESPOON PEA
  3. SAUTE IT FOR 3 _4MINUTE
  4. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL
  5. IN MIXI JAR TAKE A 1 CUP OF WHOLE SOCKED MOONG AND GRIND IT
  6. IN PLATE TAKE MOONG PAST ADD 1/2CUP OF GRAM FLOUR AND 1/2TEA SPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER
  7. ADD SAUTED VEGETABLES AND MIX WELL
  8. MAKE A KOFTAS
  9. IN KADAI HEAT OILADD KOFTAS FRY KOFTAS
  10. FRY ALL KOFTAS
  11. IN KADAI ADD 1 TEASPOON OIL 2 GARILC CLOVES AND 1 TABLE SPOON SEASAME SEED
  12. ADD 1RED CHILLI 1 TABLESPOON GRATED COCOUNT 1 ONION
  13. SAUTE TILL 2 MIN
  14. TAKE IN MIX JAR GRIND IT
  15. HEAT OIL ADD 1 TEA SPOON MUSTARD SEED 1/2TEA SPOON CUMIN
  16. ADD ONION PAST
  17. ADD 1/2CUP TOMATO PURI AND SAUTE IT
  18. ADD 1TABLE SPOON RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2TABLE SPOON MASALA 1/4TEA SPOON TURMERIC POWDER AND SAUTE IT
  19. LASTLY ADD SALT AS PAR TAST
  20. TAKE PLATE ADD GRAVY AND POUR KOFTAS IN IT
