Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Hung curd 1 cup
  2. Oil 1/2tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Blacksalt to taste
  5. Blackpepper 1 pinch
  6. Garlic 1 tsp(Chopped)

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP HUNG CURD.
  2. ADD SALT & ROCK SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
  3. HEAT 1 TSP OIL ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC
  4. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN, ADD A PINCH OF PEPPER POWDER
  5. POUR GARLIC TADKA INTO THE CURD
