Mushroom pepper fry

Ingredients to make Mushroom pepper fry

  • 250 gms button mushrooms
  • 3 medium size onion chopped
  • 1small size tomato chopped
  • 7_8curry leaves
  • 1/2tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2tsp crushed black pepper corn
  • 7_8 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp coriander powder
  • 1tsp garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1tbsp oil

How to make Mushroom pepper fry

  1. First clean mushroom properly and cut into a round pieces
  2. Take a kadhai heat 1 tsp oil when oil is heat then you add cumin seeds and fry it for 2 seconds
  3. Now add garlic and saute
  4. Next add onion and mix it when onion turned little golden then you can add curry leaves
  5. Next add tomato and mix it
  6. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric power, and coriander powder also and mix it.
  7. When tomato turned little soft then you can add mushrooms and salt also mix it properly
  8. Now cover the lid and cook it 2 minutes
  9. After 2 minutes open the lid and stir it now you can add garam Masala and mix properly again cover the lid and cook another 2 minutes in medium flame
  10. After 2 minutes open the lid and stir it Finley add black pepper powder and coriander leaves and mix it 1 minute you can stir and fry it after 1 minuteminute switch off the flame
  11. It's ready to be served, garnish some fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve it...
