  • Sev 1/2 cup
  • Gathiya 1/2 cup
  • garlic paste 1 spoon
  • red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required
  • water as required

How to make Sev-gathiya sabji

  1. Take a pan. Add oil.
  2. Add garlic paste, saute it.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and add water.
  4. Then add salt.stirring it well so masala dissolved in it.
  5. add sev and gathiya.
  6. Serve hot.
