Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice. 2 cup
  2. Water. As Required to cook about 4.5 cup
  3. Yogurt. 3 cup
  4. onion ( optional). 1 /2 cup chopped
  5. Black pepper. 1 -2 tbsp
  6. salt depend on taste
  7. Some red grapes and finely chopped apple
  8. mustard seed. 1 tsp
  9. Oil. 1tbsp
  10. 2-3 dry Red chilli for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First wash and cook the soaked rice with water. Add salt in it.
  2. Heat the oil in pan. Add mustard seed, red chillies.
  3. When the seed crackle, add some curry leaves. And put off the flame. Keep it aside.
  4. Now add the curd into the cooked rice.
  5. Mix well and add the remaining seasoning.
  6. Garnish with red chillies and serve immediately.
